In this support role you will be a key contributor to the sales organization by positively impacting client services and client retention.

    As an Account Manager, you will…
    ● Be a key point of contact for clients and internal fulfillment team
    ● Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term client success
    ● Communicate regularly with clients on the performance of their campaigns
    ● Demonstrate understanding of traditional and digital media and effectively communicate knowledge with clients
    ● Participate in monthly progression calls with clients and fulfillment team.

    Requirements
    ● 3 years digital sales or account management experience
    ● Knowledge of Organic SEO, Local SEO, basic web analytics
    ● Knowledge of Paid Media (PPC, GDN, YouTube & Programmatic) and success metrics
    ● Knowledge of social media platforms, and social analytics
